Ready2Skydive – Accelerated Freefall (AFF) Course Terms and Conditions

Operated by Ready2Skydive – UK-based AFF specialists running courses in Spain 1. Eligibility and Requirements

● All students must be at least 16 years old. Participants under 18 must have written parental/legal guardian consent.

● All students must complete a medical declaration:

Form 115-A (self-certification) is usually sufficient.

Form 115-B (doctor-signed) is required if any medical conditions are declared.

● Students must be within the weight and height limits defined by the dropzone.

● Students must speak fluent English or provide a suitable interpreter if required.

2. Bookings and Payments ● A non-refundable deposit (typically £500) is required to secure a place on the course.

● Full payment must be received at least 14 days before the start of the course unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, or any method agreed with Ready2Skydive.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

● If the student cancels:

More than 21 days prior to the course: deposit is retained, any additional payments will be refunded.

Within 21 days: no refund, though rescheduling may be offered at

Ready2Skydive’s discretion.

● If Ready2Skydive cancels due to weather or operational reasons:

○ The course will be rescheduled at no extra charge. ○ A refund will only be offered if no alternative dates are available within 6 months.

4. Postponement and Weather Delays

● Skydiving is weather dependent, and delays are sometimes unavoidable.

● Ready2Skydive will make every effort to complete your training within the scheduled time, but course completion is not guaranteed during a single visit.

● Ready2Skydive is not responsible for additional accommodation, travel, or personal costs arising from weather or operational delays.

5. Course Completion and Continuation

● AFF progression is performance-based. Students may need to repeat levels if safety or performance criteria are not met.

● Extra jumps or retraining due to weather or performance delays are not included in the course price and will be charged separately.

● Students returning at a later date may be required to complete a refresher ground school, at an additional cost.

6. Insurance and Travel

● Students must arrange their own personal travel insurance that includes: ○ Coverage for skydiving and extreme sports.

Medical expenses and repatriation to the UK in case of injury or illness. ● We recommend Big Cat Travel Insurance for comprehensive cover.

● Students must carry a valid EHIC or GHIC card if applicable.

● All travel, meals, and accommodation are the student's responsibility unless specifically included.

7. Code of Conduct

● All students must follow dropzone rules, safety briefings, and instructor guidance at all times.

● Use of alcohol or drugs before jumping or training is strictly prohibited.

● Ready2Skydive reserves the right to remove any participant from the course without refund for serious misconduct or breaches of safety.

8. Risk and Liability

● Skydiving is a high-risk activity. By booking with Ready2Skydive, you accept that all participation is at your own risk.

● Neither Ready2Skydive, the instructors, nor the host dropzone accept liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

9. Photography and Media

● We may take photos and videos during training for promotional use.

● If you do not consent to the use of your image in promotional material, you must inform us in writing before the course begins.

10. Data Protection

● Ready2Skydive complies with UK GDPR regulations.

● Your personal information will only be used for booking, safety, and operational reasons and will never be shared without consent.
